Open to ages 10-13, Kids Athletic Performance Training is a fun combination of running, jumping, carrying, pushing, pulling, and lifting to get kids to love exercise. This is a class we offer every Tuesday from 6:00pm – 7:30pm.
Foundational Movements
- Running, sprinting, jumping.
- Box jumps or step ups, broad jumps, explosive movements.
- Kettlebell deadlifts and squats, lifting odd objects.
- Pull ups, push ups, air squats.
- Planks, dead bugs, hollow holds.
- Sled pushing and dragging.

STRONGMAN COACHING
Train like the world’s strongest
Strongman is a sport centered around strength, power, and speed. Even if you’re not planning on winning World’s Strongest Man, you will benefit greatly from having the experience of an accomplished coach. Strongman training has great carryover to the demands of daily life regardless of your age or current fitness level.
