Kids Performance Training is a fun combination of running, jumping, carrying, pushing, pulling, and lifting to get kids to love exercise.

Fall Schedule 2024
Starting Tuesday, October 8th, we are hosting classes for kids who are 10-13 years old. Classes will be held every Tuesday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. All kids need are comfortable workout clothes and a water bottle. Admission is $5 per kid, per class. If you need financial assistance, please let us know.
Health and Safety
If your child has any health conditions we need to be aware of, please notify us. Whether your child is a serious athlete or new to fitness, we will modify and adapt to their ability. Our coaches are CPR certified and have a background in playing sports and physical fitness.
